The Beginning of Boston Fried Chicken

In 1976, Sami Assi founded Boston Fried Chicken (BFC). He had a vision of creating a fried chicken concept with a unique taste and high quality ingredients at affordable prices. The concept was born and tested in the great city of Boston, Massachusetts and the first BFC opened its doors to customers in New York.

In 1993 and after 17 years of successful operations in the USA, Boston Fried Chicken expanded to the MEA in Amman- Jordan.

The brand success in New York was mirrored in Jordan where BFC enjoyed steady growth along with the same great taste!

In 2019 the brand was revamped with a new look and new design to keep up with the trends in the industry.
